Wow! Amazing pastries. We walked in planning to only get 2 and left with 4 because they all looked so good! You really can’t go wrong with anything you pick but we loved the almond croissant and huckleberry scone! Sad that we live out of town and can’t become regulars.

Ridiculous!! If I lived in Bozeman I’d come here everyday. Truly not to be missed. Everything we ate was divine. The turkey sandwich was on another level. Focaccia was to die for, Fracands were scrumptious and the coffee was yummy. Really incredible. Please come to Dallas!

The bread was absolutely incredible! I could eat the bread just by itself, that’s how good it was. The pastries were also delicious, whatever you pick, you can’t go wrong here.

Absolutely delicious pastries. My favorite was the goat cheese, cauliflower, harissa croissant. They were also very COVID safe and had a great flow through the bakery and reasonable protections.

Delicious bakery with great covid protocols. One-way traffic through the bakery, 6-foot markings on the floor, free and mandatory masks at the door; we felt very safe. We tried a chai-stuffed brioche and the turkey and havarti baguettes. Both were light and tasty treats to pack on our hike.
