Good food as always. Nice & friendly staff as well. A little more expensive than average but the pizza is definitely worth it.
Wings were good. The pizza was fantastic! We dined in on a Saturday night while karaoke was starting. Lot's of good singers! This venue has quite an interesting layout with options to having your own private party space. Our server was fabulous to say the least! Will definitely be back.
Hadn’t been to Wiggies in a while, decided to give them a try another time as my last time ordering take out was nothing special. The wings were tasty but in no way above average. The pizza was good but after ordering double pepperoni and confirmation was made by phone, the amount of pepperoni was not what double pepperoni should be. Multiple slices of the pizza had 2 pepperoni’s only. If that’s double and what I paid for I’ll take my business to Pizza Hut down the road. Because this is a bar as well, I decided to go a bit early and have a pint while I waited for my order. The selection of beer was pathetic at best. It was actually difficult for me to chose which beer to order because there wasn’t a good option. The staff at the take out window knew I was waiting in the bar. After much longer than I’d been told my order would be ready I decided to walk up and ask for myself and it was in fact ready and sitting on the oven staying warm. If they knew I was in the bar most places policy is to inform the customer that the order is ready. They failed to do this. I can’t say the staff won me over or the food. Goodbye again Wiggies, I have no reason to try and support a local business when it’s barely mediocre.
We ordered take out tonight at 5. We asked for delivery at 6. Our order didn’t arrive until 6:45. While the kid delivering was polite and apologized for the wait and the food tasted good, the fact that we waited 45 minutes past our delivery time is ridiculous. We called at 6:30 asking where our food was, the person on the phone said it would be there soon but they were really busy...the busy excuse doesn’t really work when you ordered a pizza with wings almost two hours ago. Not impressed with service tonight.
Ordered a pizza and a few other items. SO DELICIOUS!!! Husband wished we had gotten a second. Always exceptional service and friendly staff. Prices are great.
Great pizza and great service! I'm in Winnipeg but ordered a pizza for my dad to pick up to take to my brother who's in the hospital. We did a zoom meeting while he was eating the pizza. He loved it and said it was amazing! I will definitely order from there again, next time I decide to treat my brother lol!!
I rode my bike from Hamilton to Caledonia today. Wiggie's was a great place to chill on the patio and have a few beers before riding back. I came in today from 3:30 to about 5ish. Excellent service, I had two servers , one with a tartan mask on, one with a mask I think had flames on it? Both were excellent, though, and deserve a raise because they were awesome.
The server was nice, but the quality of food was poor. Beer didn’t come full, and an extra charge for celery and carrots? I find that strange. We also asked for a well done pizza and it came with the onions everywhere barely cooked. I suppose they didn’t skimp on toppings, but we won’t be back.
Good atmosphere here and the wait staff very prompt as well as attend to what you are looking for. Beverages where quick and the food serves as well as it's preparation was great. Only downside was we had wings and this was our 1st time eating them here, they where good but not a huge fan of breaded or slightly breaded.. But will be back as there other dishes looked appetizing...
Embarrassing.... that is all I can say. They take advantage of their customers and over charge for their food. At one time this was an amazing little hole in the wall; today they lost me as a customer forever. Pathetic customer service to resolve an entire order gone wrong. I live out of town and their solution was for me to drive back into town so they could remake my pizza. They still ignored the fact that my wings were super dry and hardly sauced. I paid $65 for one pizza and 50 wings- super expensive for what I opened the box to at home if you ask me. They offered me a small pizza over the phone if I didn't want to drive into town, AWESOME! that really made me feel good about my purchase. The chap that spoke to on the phone was disrespectful and knew I was upset about matter at hand- his comments just fuelled the fire and weren't even close to solving the problem. Congratulations Wiggies! I hope you learn from this and don't loose all of your loyal customers this way
