Fantastic service from Paddy & the installing company Dimensions, Paddy did a amazing job with a lock down estimate and pre measure , then Gary John & Sam from dimensions as well as Andy from Morleys electrical all did a fabulous conscientious smooth install please see after and before photos to see the amazing transformation they completed in just 5 days!
Got great customer service on 2nd and 3rd August from Aaron and Lauren. Friendly, helpful and very polite and seem happy to help and where cheerful. How refreshing . Thanks to you both.
OK, good for building material, only gave 4/5 as they charged us for a item we did have, also did it to another customer
Utterly appalled by Wickes customer service. Spoke to the local manager AGAIN this morning to be told that none of your fitters can do the job. The fitters that we paid £2500 to Wickes to do the job are back on monday, but we cannot be made a priority as they will have new jobs that they need to start so we cannot have a date when the Kitchen we paid Wickes in full for, over 3 months ago will be finished, but, I was cheerfully told, that it will be before December. Are you lot taking the pxss! So to summarise Paid for kitchen in full Waited 3 months to be fit Wickes sent kitchen with missing pieces incorrect pieces and damaged pieces. Fitters £2500 for 2.5 days work could not finish the kitchen Fitters then go on holiday. Local branch cannot or do not want to find any other fitters to finish the job the one we have paid £2500 for your fitters to do Now told that finishing kitchens that are left half done is not a priority for Wickes as fitting new kitchens is the main priority Our kitchen 'might' be finished by December. Utterly, utterly disgusted at Wickes. I actually recommended you to our friends after we had ordered, and they have just booked to have two kitchens and a bathroom from Wickes, luckily they had not paid you and I spoke to them after talking to your local branch this morning and they will now be cancelling their £35,000 order with Wickes. Which is THE ONLY positive to have come out of this entire farce. Needless to say I will never use Wickes for anything ever again. But I do want my Kitchen fitted and am not waiting until bloody December
I have purchased from this store many times and have found their range of products and service from staff to be very good.
They let builders park on disabled bays on all 3 of them, i had to wait over 10 minutes to park i got sworn at as well by one of the builders absolutely ridiculous manager does nothing about it apparently the site belongs to someone else awfull experience
They didn't have the pipe we needed but they did assist my husband to put the heavy boards on the roof of our vehicle staff where very helpful.
Got what I needed, staff really helpful, recent refit of store - pity they didn't put something by the checkout to lean a price of pipe or wood up against whilst you mess around with payment.
The chicken wire and garden mesh is all outside in the garden project area.
Quite good prices, good range of stock. Easy parking, level road makes moving a heavy trolley easy.
