Braught the car in for some major repairs and when I went to pick it up my drivers side mirror was broken. I went right back in and told the gentleman at the counter and he just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. I said are you kidding me!! don't you have insurance for this kind of thing?!?! he said I will see what I can do and get back to you, never heard from them again . I spent a large amount of money and they wouldn't even fix a mirror that broke while my car was in their shop. I mean it's just a mirror but I was Very disappointed in the experience and will not take my vehicle back there.

Got a flat tire the day we were suppose to head home from a cottage vacation. I called and he asked how soon we could get there - the car was fixed in less then 30 minutes of arriving. Friendly staff and owner. The repair cost less then how much I spent at the candy store across the street where they suggested we go for coffee! A pleasant experience from something that could have been a bummer way to end our vacation.
