Called this wholesale club to get items put aside a couple times in a row. Every time they put me on hold and never pick up again. I've been there I know it's not that busy to not answer a call. horrible service.
Every time I go into the Wholesale Club in Brantford, I am impressed at how friendly, cheerful and helpful the staff is. They are always so...nice! It is so much appreciated :
Love this place especially handy if your having a big party. They have everything in restaurant size as well as normal size
I visited a store recently; it's fairly sizable but seems small compared to larger PC stores. Great for wholesale purchases, and the staff is friendly. It's less crowded, especially if you go around noon on weekdays.
You need better signage inside the store. There are many products that don’t have a price tag. Secondly, the checkout line is a disaster. Please. Clearly indicate where the line starts and ends. I’ll change my review when this is implemented in the store.
