I had a disappointing experience with a return at this location.nnBefore purchasing cookware, I specifically asked about the return policy and was told that I could return it within two weeks with the original receipt. After trying the cookware, I was not satisfied with the quality and decided to return it within the stated return period.nnAlthough the cookware was in good condition, the manager was called over and began questioning me in a confrontational manner, asking how I determined the quality was poor and whether I had used the product. The tone felt unnecessarily defensive and unprofessional.nnThe return was eventually processed, but I was told that they were making an exception and that used items would not be accepted in the future, which contradicted the information I had received before making the purchase.nnI understand that stores have return policies, but customers should be treated respectfully and policies should be communicated consistently. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression.
Previously, you used to supply Brazilian chicken wings, and they were very good quality. We always purchased wings from here for our three stores. However, for some time now, these wings have not been available, and because of this, we have to buy them from Costco.nWe kindly request that you please make these wings available again. They were excellent in quality, and we would like to start purchasing wings from you again.nThank you.
Its Costco before there was a Costco. Not fancy but..lots of parking. Owned by Loblaws. There is lots of unique product with good ingredients if look closely. Lots of total crap too. I like it. Its good for small business in a pinch
This place is awesome, don't need a membership and staff are the friendliest. They are frequently out of certain items like big packs of bottled water and chicken breast so best to get there early as a lot of restaurants shop here for supplies
Great alternative to Costco for big families without the membership fee. Those spices, condiments in big containers are unbeatable. Drink selections are quite diverse, great for preparing for parties. Honestly buy bulk if you want to stock up or share with your friends or neighbours.
