It was my mixed experience on this business. I wanted to go this place to check the prices of various items and comparison as well. Si, I went with my family to buy the stuff I needed. The store is good but less employees to help and assist you. Prices here are more if I compare with Superstore or Freshco where I normally go to have my groceries. Parking facility is available but not clean. I don't think that I'll pay any other visit to this place owing to my last experience.
The only good experience we experienced that day, which I still have my receipt is the cashier was a nice young man before we went to check out we were down an aisle together me, our daughter, my husband, And my husband just walked away just right in front of us looking at stuff. This older lady stormed past us got really close to my husband and kept asking him over and over again if he needs help and he is native and she came across racist. I’m not OK with racism or anybody acting like that. We’ve been going here. Never had a problem before this was horrible. All I know about this lady is, she works at the service desk there and she has gray kind of little bit black in it. Pepper kinda look with glasses. It was ridiculous on how this went down. It bothered my husband too of course we are mixed couple and all he told her was, no I’m shopping with my family and she did repeat herself finally walked off. I also observed the security guard like following us from behind after that incident, I want the corporate‘s number. This is not OK and it should not be ignored. I want to be believed that we can go back there without this ever happening to Us again or anybody else know one has reached out to us at all like nothing update no one has reached out to us at all I believe this is important I’m starting to think it’s not to this store I even did the review and never heard anything back
I always have a good experience here. Staff are always so nice and helpful. Special shout out to Leanne today, she remembered me from last time and asked me how ive been, then she helped me picking out the right item for a better price!! Lovee this place
Love, love, love this place. Never have İ been approached by a worker anywhere asking me if İ needed help finding something...but here...they do. Amazing staff, super friendly and actually know the layout of the store! Great prices and great products!! You all are so awesome!
We have been using this store for the last five years and always receive excellent support from the staff and the manager. The manager is very active — I always see him working on the floor, not just sitting in a chair. Many times I have asked him to help me find grocery items, and he has always assisted me right away.
