Great finds at wholesale club, definitely similar to Costco with big bulk wholesale pack offerings, but they also carry typical popular grocery store items as well. Love the Indian cuisine flavoured chips, they got a clearance section in the dairy and near the produce, I got Bocconcini mozzarella balls at half the price. They have a natural foods section and s ell flowers too, detergent, etc. They have products and appliances for restaurants too. Carts are $1.00, there's an atm inside too.
Big store. Has products not available elsewhere, like sugar free coffee syrups. Some prices are good, some prices are not. Prices are starting to rise due to shortages. Selection is not great. Try to get there before the restaurants and camp kitchens get to stocking up. Not much left after that. Good parking. Mostly. staff are not helpful, usually at check out. Makes me feel like I am interrupting them from Facebook or texting. Not sure if the savings are worth the trouble anymore.
Prices are starting to go up and this time around there were no boxes to pack my stuff up.
I was doing a large order i went to pick up battered haddock and found that it had thawed then been refrozen...solid block..I asked for a manager and she came to aisle..I pointed out that they are iqf product and should not be a solid block. She called a freezer or meat manager over and I showed and demonstrated it had thawed..I was told that's how they arrive...I called that out as a lie...ive been in kitchen for 40 years and have bought this product now for over 5 years from this location...anyways they walked away...and hour later the product is still in freezer
A punjabi guy employee just kept walking behind me as if I am a thief and only left only when I bought something and interrupted each time when I went for having a look at the item at the store. Better train your staff, how to serve customers. On may 1 around 6.30 pm.
