Health food wise, what a wonderful variety. It's nestled away nearby St. Mary's which is great! Plus, the items are fresh, organic and delicious : Thanks to Chasity and crew for all your hard work!
Used to be a very nice place to eat. Food was fresh and staff was friendly. Not anymore! Different people are manning the cafe now as far as I can tell. Menu is different too. Staff very unpleasant and do not even acknowledge your presence when you arrive. They actually seem put out if you want something.
Excellent selection of Gluten free foods, and baked goods, whole, and organic foods as well.
this place has practically everything --health food wise i mean : worth the drive from Binghamton.

We had a really nice post-biking lunch here. Great sandwiches and generous baked treats. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
