Food, 7.5 Staff 9.5 Value 9.0 I had the Spicy Juicy Lucy and a can of beer. Beer was cold. Burger was hot with fresh ingredients. Atmosphere was local and classic. The food was good, however it is just your standard bar burger. Nothing to call mom back home about. Staff was polite and friendly. Parking: Plenty Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and wide doors.
The burgers here are fantastic. It's not fast food but I certainly love the atmosphere and the service was excellent. Parking: We parked on the street directly in front of Who's Bar.
I love that all the items on the menu are satisfying hearty.and very affordable. Don't forget to leave a good tip for your hard working and friendly workers! Parking: I've always easily found good parking out front!
This is really a cool place !! The bartender SARAH is the coolest !! Go and hangout here and visit with Sarah , she has the greatest personality!! Food: 5/5
They have breakfast it's pretty good the slots so so not really liking them too much but I guess if I won I'd say I like them better..lol
I’ve been going here for almost a decade because of the delicious food, home style, made with sincerity. Staff is always friendly and if for some reason they are on one, it’s for damn good reason! Best fried egg sandwich in town
Ordered a quarter pound bacon cheeseburger the Patty was way smaller than the bun Just a little bit over half should have taken a picture the fries were cooked cooked some but some were raw and they were all cooked in a air fryer under cooked pretty dark atmosphere which is OK
A neighborhood bar and grill. Bartender does it all so don't expect fast food service. However, do expect some of the best burgers in town. Highly recommend the Juicy lucy or any of the other burgers. Great vintage atmosphere.
Everyone claims The Anchor Bar has good burgers and mine have always been terrible so I have been a little leery when for years I have been hearing the same thing about Whos Bar Burgers. Today I decided to try one. McKenzie was my bartender/server, I couldn't of asked for a nicer, and friendlier person to make it. She told me the secret ingredient was Love. I watched her cook it and prepare it, very professional for a small bar. The burger was delicious and think I found my new burger place on Tower ave. I just wish I would of came here sooner.
Decent little bar there was only 4 people in here took fairly long to get our food the burgers are good but the fries were under cooked
