Whitman County Library

This library is AMAZING!! The librarians are so sweet and willing to help you with anything you might need. They always have smiles on their faces, and are in such joyful moods. The selection of movies and books is honestly surprising for a library in a small community. They have great variety in adult, teen and kids books. I'm a huge horror addict, and the selection of Stephen King books and horror movies is amazing!! You can request books and movies, and they are frequently adding more! The overall space is soo cozy and and inviting, I could sit for hours in their little living area and read. The ambience in a library is important to me, and they definitely nailed it!

Why rent movies when you can go to your local library and pick out of a good selection staff is very helpful and friendly

The library here is really well maintained and has many helpful resources for the public. Helpful and kind staff and an archive of books and documents applicable for kids and adults alike. They have modern computers for public utility, study, research. Usually rather quiet and an excellent place to read obviously. We are blessed to have this facility of such quality in this small town.

Whitman County Library - Thank you for allowing the use of your 3D computer to make covid corona masks. I feel proud that someone in the Palouse allowed this decision to happen and shame on my Alma mater WSU that they won't allow their 3D computer to be used for the same purpose. Thank you.
