Date: Nov 11 2024 @ 10:40 am.nnMy girls and I went out for a great breakfast time.nnThis White Spot is not welcoming.nAs being a person of colour, I felt very uncomfortable. All waitress are seniors.nThey should not have waitress who do want to work and only complain and roll their eyes.nnThere was four of us and I requested a booth seating than where we were given. The waiter said loudly of you want a wider seat , she stated it loudly twice, our seat there’s isn’t very much.nnI said excuse me? What are you trying to imply ?nnShe said is that the reason why you want another seats.nn1. How can someone just assume something, 2. Reason of us wanting a different sitting area because my mom was not comfortable sitting at a small table.nnI ordered a class Benedict it was not tasty it was cold and my potatoes were tasteless burnt and they gave me the end pieces like the left over. Attached images the a bunch of small crispy unwanted pieces .nnWe all won’t be coming to this locations anymore.nPlease do not hire senior waitress, because they can’t act normal and simply do their job.nThey might as well just stay home and pickup OASnnJust because you’re having a bad day, PLEASE DONT MAKE OTHERS DAY BAD.nnManager at this location please follow up.
It seemed like standard food from White Spot, which is generally good, if that's what you like, like I occasionally do, and many seem to. However, the atmosphere was nice, with multiple TVs & quiet booths. Also, the staff all seemed exceptionally nice. Some of them seemed quite young but probably I'm just getting older, though all were polite and professional. Worth a try if you've never been to a White Spot, and one of the best, if you have. IMHO Not that I've ever really not liked any of the other White Spots I've been to over the years.
Went for lunch on an incredibly busy day. Parking lot jammed, dozens of people waiting for tables kind of busy.nI was blown away at the efficiency of the operation here. All staff were friendly and professional. The wait was shorter than anticipated. Table was comfortable and clean. Music was nice and perfect volume. Bathrooms were clean.nOrder was taken quickly. Drinks came quickly. Food came quickly. Didn't have that annoying 20 minute wait for the check. Everything was delicious & kids left full and happy. Our server Ashley was great.nn1 piece of constructive criticism - the salted caramel cold brew needs a rethink. Just packs no punch.nnAnyways, we rarely go out anymore due to restaurants mostly just sucking from start to finish - but today at White Spot was great. Thank you.
This is a great White Spot. Food was fresh and came on time. I was also impressed with all the amazing Christmas decorations. Lots of effort went into it. It's a well run very clean location. Will definitely come back. Great location too being right across the street from the movie theatre.
I'm a regular at this White Spot location - It's not uncommon to eat here 1-2 times per week, if not more!nnThe food is always consistently good, no matter what time of day you decide to come by. It's hot and made exactly as you ordered.nnThe servers and hosts are all extremely friendly, and go above and beyond to make your visit memorable. The atmosphere is clean and open, and easy to converse with family or friends, or simply enjoy some peace and quiet if you're alone.nnHighly recommend this White Spot location, and looking forward to my next visit!
