I went to the post office their. I did not see anyone in the cleners I don't know if I was even open.
Horrendous customer service.
After having my jacket cleaned, I discovered that the pull tab on the zipper had been pulled off. Upon questioning them, no refund or compensation was received, the owner terming the damage as "normal water-and-tear".
