We hosted my daughter's baby shower here today! Perfect venue, food was delicious, staff was helpful and attentive! Room was so inviting! Loved everything about it. Shout out to Marissa and Michelle for their work and help in planning this! They made it so easy!!
We had our sons first birthday here. What a great location and amazing staff!

We hosted our daughter's baby shower there a month ago, and while the setting is lovely and the food was delicious, the organization, management and service was completely lacking. Though the details of the shower had been thoroughly discussed prior to the event, on that day I found myself constantly have to ask to have items taken care of that we'd previously agreed to. Just a few examples: The mimosa bar was not set up and ready to accept guests at our contracted start time, nor did it ever have the fresh berries that were supposed to be included. We had to frequently ask for refills of champagne and juice as well as coffee. They never offered soft drinks to our guests. This made the event much more stressful to me and the other hosts although the guests had an excellent time and enjoyed the shower thoroughly. I sent a letter detailing my concerns immediately after the event, but never even received the courtesy of a response. I would not recommend this venue based on our experience.
Phenomenal golf course, courteous and friendly staff, top notch food, what's not to like. And quite possibly the best patio view in Naperville
I had my incredible big fat Greek/Italian/Irish/Palestinian wedding at White Eagle this past weekend. Michelle, Marissa, Colette, and Deb of the White Eagle events team are AMAZING!!! I could not more highly recommend working with this team and the in-house catering teams. They were some of the most attentive, organized, kind, and caring people I have ever engaged with - period! The food was f*cking amazing, our guests are still raving about every bit of food they ate. The venue was stunning and I felt like every single person at White Eagle from the grounds and facilities operations team to the serving staff and bar tenders and even the club members and golfers were so welcoming and excited to see my fiancé and I officially become husband and wife. The only downside to our experience in planning our event and working with the White Eagle team is...its over!! I'll genuinely miss my regular check-in meetings with the team as just an excuse to chat and catch up with the ladies-- I can't thank you enough!
I had a few very specific things I was looking for in a wedding venue- beautiful views, all inclusive, good food… and a bridal suite compatible to the make-up room at a theatre. White Eagle not only met but exceeded my expectations. I had had some initial concerns when my coordinator changed a few months after signing my contract, but Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took multiple meetings with me, answered my questions, adhered to my timelines and woke up at 5am on her day off to make sure there was hot coffee in the bridal suite for me and my girls as we were getting ready. They decorated beautifully and took away a lot of the stress of planning and having to find vendors for everything. The food was perfect- the most talked about thing from the day. I would highly recommend White Eagle if you are planning on having any event- especially if you are planning on having a brunch event. Good good... Beautiful place for golf and best club in the corner...
Great Staff. Great Food & Great place to plan your special event. Have had two events at this location and both were great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Lillian the event manager and banquette manager, Luis, were very nice and complied with all the necessary details for the events. Every detail was perfect and both family and guests were happy and impressed with the events' location, details, food and staff.
