White castle is the best I enjoyed all my burgers, and my fries it’s always a great experience here because in San Antonio we don’t have a White Castle! They have them all over Chicago Illinois. The best.
I would have enjoyed the food had it been hot when I received it. I'm not sure sure what's going on with some food chains now. The Food temperature is a real "Issue" . I thought all menu items were made to order at White Castle. Side note I do like the layout of the mobile app. It Made ordering very easy. I ordered while sitting in the parking lot soy food should have been "Piping hot". I may give this location another try though and hopefully it will be better than before. Parking: The location sits on a lot that does have parking on both sides of the restaurant.
WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN A RESTAURANT. The manager was directly disrespectful and rude when I told her the soda machine was out of c02 for Four different drinks, and that the machine exploded al over. Who hired this lady ??? Class less restraint that will not help the customer and are lazy on top of it. We dined In and the entire crew disappeared for the first 20 mins after we got our food. DISGUSTING people and service .
Slow slow sllllloooooooowwwwwww. Went inside to eat and it took 15 min to order. Now mind you there where 4 staff working and only one customer ahead of me. After I placed my order it took another 20 min to get my food. The food tasted fine. The eating area was sticky and not swepted. Just not a pleasant experience One Star and two thumbs down
The people were very polite, but the food was cold and they forgot half our order. We had to turn around and go back. I tried calling them to tell them about forgetting the order, but no one would answer the phone until about the 4th or 5th call. The woman was very nice and said she'd have my burgers ready for me when I got there, but by the time I got there those were cold also.
I can't say enough about the service I received last night at White Castle. First off they were overwhelmed with customers and large orders. The staff had to deal with alot and they responded extremely well. They were friendly, alert and got everything right. I was pleasantly surprised and felt I should say so in a review. Just giving credit where credit is due.
Whenever I stop at this location I get the freshest hottest White Castles I'm originally from Indiana I grew up around the original white count of this location you guys are doing very well thank youFood: 5/5
Quick accurate service at the drive thru. Staff was friendly and verified the accuracy of the order and made sure we left with all our food.Food: 5/5
Yesterday I was treated absolutely AWFUL by a member of management. Due to the fact I requested NO onions on my 20 pack of burgers. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get burgers FULL of onions. Took them back inside and was informed the white castle policy is to SCRAPE the onions off..she was rude and talked to my husband and I like we were trash YELLED that we should have made it clear we didn't want onions yet when we ordered we said NO ONIONS and the man taking the order said okay. When we took the burgers in the lady said it would be an ADDITIONAL 30 mins bc they have to warm a grill up to cook burgers with no onions. We will NEVER be back and I will let everyone know how business is handled at this location. This woman does not deserve management nor does she even deserve a job period if that's how she speaks to paying customers.
Waited 50 minutes in the drive through to be told they were all out of what I ordered. So I left hungry and very upset. The lady was very very apologetic so that’s the only reason I’m giving stars at all.
