What is there to say about White Castle? It's White Castle. You can't expect much from service there or atmosphere, but then burgers are freaking delicious when you get the craven for them. My kids stay in Arizona so every time they come to Chicago they just have to have some White castlesFood: 4/5
Not to blame who cooks, but this is not the way a burger is to be represented.. Very dead looking ,dry, the bun was soft which is good but the pickle tasted like chemicals, cannot fathom the disappointing moment. I have been eating this to many years but this is not forthcoming.... Although I do get tempted Please put back the LOVE!!!!
Ordered a 6 piece chkn rings. Person came in 5 minutes behind me an placed a big order. He received his order. I asked about mine and the cashier completely forgot. So I had to wait again. Poor customer service.Food: 4/5
I order the fish sandwich combo yestereday and I got food poisoning, I was throwing up all night in the ER and had to miss work. did some reason and this isn't uncommon throughout the franchise but I thought I was dying the only thing I did differently was eat this sandwich everything else I did yestereday was my daily routine. I haven't had white castle in like 7+ years and was excited. Never again
Have not been in Chi town for a while , obviously this was the first place I went to get my slider fix. The best of all of them, the one in Vegas overpriced and just not the same.!!! I lost 3 lb since I've been out visiting Chicago and eating White castles... I know sounds like a commercial but it's the truth. It's all I ate. Okay okay. I had pizza too. Who wouldn't?
The food was great, but after I put in my order through the drive-in I had to wait at least 15 minutes in line to get my food..Food: 5/5
The food was COLD! The wait was about 30 mins and when I did finally get my food it was cold and wet. I've stopped going to every white castle in the city now I'll have to stop going here. The staff was apologizing for the long wait, but the cold food was no excuse.Food: 1/5

This place has always been there for me at 3 AM when I've got the serious fast food munchies. It just can't be beat.
Wife pulled this out of one the burgers from Oak Lawn White Castle. Waited nearly 10 minutes for food with only 3 cars in line on a Friday night. Someone needs to call OHSA and/or Food Inspection because this is ridiculous. Look at other reviews too I noticed 3 saying hair in food as well
