February 2018, 7pm - First off, the waiting room holds seats for approximately 15 people... so right now, I am standing with a further 12 ppl, leaning against the walls, doors and counter, 1 of whom must be in her 70s and on crutches with no-one feeling any way about not offering her their seat 😡 The receptionist has signs up stating that she does not have a crystal ball so we should not ask her about estimated waiting times... (hmmm okayyyy then 😕 🤔 ) .... however people are still asking as the wait appears endless and there is no system to determine who is next. 1 lady JUST arrived and was called in next, there have been people waiting for 3+ hours.. cue the sighs! Its definitely a germ fest in here, so sanitizer/masks at the ready! There are 2 small tvs (on mute) and some 70s disco music playing throughout; the BeeGees right now, to be precise, perhaps a poignant sign of what to expect!? Hopefully the Dr is worth the wait! - kinda wish i stayed at home though , all this "bad air" is probably making me feel worse than before I arrived! ok, so just noticed a newborn baby has been waiting in the corner for quite some time (not alone obviously!) -* UPDATE*.. got seen last.. lol.. but as soon as I walked into those magical doors, the same receptionist, the nurse and the dr... super friendly and smiley.. and although i was last, i did not feel rushed or just fobbed off! - so to conclude, go there when you need to, you just gotta be prepared to wait a loooong time! cest la vie!

Was here in March 2017 at 9am...at 12pm I went up to the window to ask how much longer. There was a handwritten note on the ledge stating "gone for lunch will call you in order when we get back." There was a lady who had just walked in and I told her we had been there for 3hrs and now everyone is at lunch. I know we all need lunch...but come on...you could have explained this to your full waiting room! Was there with my 5yr old...ended up going to emerg for strep throat. We have not returned since and will not go back.

They have thier associated X-ray clinics and pharmacy. I had a bad experience when I took my son for an X-ray to another lab. The receptionist treated me as if I had committed a crime. You go there in emergency at 9.00 Saturday and the keep on taking appointments without letting you know and you can only see the doctor after 12.00 or so. Dr. Treat you like a lesser being. I have stoped going there. If you need a doctor in emergency .. don’t come here

One and a half hours to get a TB test for work, literally took 20 seconds to do, now standing here waiting another hour to have the test read on another nght which will take 10 seconds. Waiting room is packed, no consideration for the customer-patient, terrible, I'd never come back here, only reason I did is because our usual clinic had closed early due to patient overflow, but when I had called them, they said they prioritize things like this knowing they can clear people like me out quickly and make space for others, not sure why they don't here. Pregnant lady standing in this room, my God what a place. Go to the clinic at Rossland and Taunton, never go here.

Very clean Wait usually not too bad depending on the time Friendly reception Cons Ulteaaound tech takes so long to get the scan done. There is one doctor that is way too fast when he comes in. Doesn't seem to care and just seems to want to get in and get out. Feel as if he could miss something on an patient if he rushes that fast. Was second in line and once i went into the smaller room, 3 people were seen before me according to my partner and apparently they showed up long after me. So it would appear they don't go in order of who came and signed in first. THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!
