I don’t know how I had never heard of this place before! The bubble waffles are delicious, the service is amazing, and the waffle fries were so good they were gone before I could get a picture! Definitely would recommend, and will absolutely be returning! Big thanks to our server, Francesca, for looking after us so well despite the Sunday brunch rush!
I love the whistlin waffle! The food is amazing & the prices are good to! Went there twice this past weekend and the food was fresh as always and excellent! The Whistlin Waffle is my favourite place to go to while in Campbell river.
Went for the first time this past weekend around lunch time. Super nice and friendly staff, delicious waffles and bubble tea! i had the 1/2 size mango burst on a bubble waffle and a green tea lychee mojito with lychee jelly bubble tea Deff will be back to try the others!
This place is cute and amazing! The staff was very efficent and the food was TASTY. The waffles were delish! I had the monty monty benny and it's served on a waffle! Yum! If you're in Campbell River, grab come brunch here!
Enjoyed lunch on Mother's Day. Food was good. My husband found single waffle was not enough. Waffle poutine tasted great. Also had fruit waffle and smores waffle. Decor is pretty plain. You are here to eat!
This cute little breakfast place has to be one of the best places on the island! The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The owner Jen went above and beyond to even help us find a place to stay for the night! I recommend this place to anyone local or any travellers passing by. I had waffle fries and a strawberries and cream brussel waffle. The waffle fries are great to share or have alone. The strawberries and cream waffle has the perfect mix of fruit, icecream and waffle, so you can have some of each with pretty much every bite. It was quite busy when I went, around 11am on a Sunday, but the server was still fast with taking my order and delivering my food. I would highly recommend going here if you are in Campbell River, and is in my opinion the best place in town to have waffles. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options, I'm unsure if there are any other dietary friendly options, but there probably are

Staff was friendly and welcoming with excellent service. Amazing breakfast/brunch/lunch find. Think breakfast diner with a twist. Had sweet waffle dish and savory waffle dish. Clean, simple flavors with good variety of menu choices. Will be back.
FANTASTIC FOOD! GREAT SERVICE! BEST BREAKFAST I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME! IF YOU ARE EVER IN CAMPBELL RIVER, YOU HAVE TO EAT HERE! I HAD THE SMORE BUBBLE WAFFLE AND IT WAS GREAT. NOT SICKLY SWEET. IT WAS TASTY!
