Worst customer service ever. But once on the bus, it’s fine. If there is no issue, it’s perfectly fine. But when something happens, it’s hard af to get it sorted.

DO NOT BUY THEIR TICKETS, they were a no-show on the 29 of august, 88$ round trip when the Squamish connector ir only 50$ and THEY show up! We waited me and 2 other ppl for 1 hour and a half, we called 20 times, wrote to every adresses and number possible, nobody is answering to email or calls. This is a proper scam.
EpicRides.ca is far sperior bus service! Horrible customer service. Don't deserve to be in business.
