Offering both soft serve and multiple flavors of hand scooped ice creams whimsy street treats offers multiple options for ice cream lovers. Their most unique item is their donut ice cream sandwich which you can customize with any of their donuts and your choice of ice cream flavor. Honestly, it’s a brilliant concept - who doesn’t like donuts or ice cream?! Put ‘em together - instant hit! We opted for a cone of soft serve and two of their specialty sundaes - both of which were absolutely delicious. If you’re an ice cream or donut fan you won’t want to miss this!
Solid Ice cream spot. They have tons of options and customizable flavours. The soft serve is the best I have ever had with multiple soft serve flavours other than the classic chocolate and vanilla. The whimsy stacker is quite creative however a little small for its price tag. The ice cream donuts look great and will definitely give it a go next time. Recommend this place for some solid ice cream with a cool twist on donuts and the crazy stackers.
So glad to have found this place. Ordered the Stuffed Cheesecake and it was so yummmy. Everything about it was so good. Place was clean and customer service was great. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again.
A super fun dessert. Stop where you can get milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches made with donuts, ice cream, sundaes, and soft serve ice cream and more. Located downtown Georgetown. There is plenty of street parking around. We tried the chocolate peanut butter milkshakes and the Nutella milkshake which was delicious. A great small business to support in your local community.
Donuts tasted amazing, espresso milkshake was awesome! Donuts are hearty, great texture. Pre-order, they go fast!
Most delicious chocolate vanilla twist I've ever had! Their menu looks yummy & creative. Went closer to end of day, so no donuts were left, which was no surprise as we heard they are delicious! The shop is so cute and the staff were friendly. They also have seating options out front at bistro tables.
Great friendly service. Unique selection of ice cream and sugary delights. I was amazed they had affogato, as no one seems to carry it. For reference, I had the Monster Cookie and Big foot scooped ice cream. My kids had the rainbow ice creamforgot the name. Anytime we go for ice cream, the kids always ask to goto Whimsy!
This cute little ice cream shop, located in Georgetown is adorable. There is a variety of diff and unique flavors. The employees and owners are very very nice people. Highly recommend the Billionaire Brownie for chocolate lovers :
Not a gelato place. Ice cream served here are from tubs/soft serve machines. Variety is limited to about 6 flavors some of which are vegan/dairy free.
Very cute ice cream shop on the main Street. There’s pandemic protocols in place which felt safe as the space wasn’t crowded. The washroom was clean and available for use. They only serve soft serve ice cream but it actually tasted really good for soft serve. I didn’t try any of the treats and toppings so can’t speak to those.
