Chad and his staff were not only half the price as everywhere else .. he is compassionate and extremely caring.. it's not fake.. he's so genuine.. having used every other place in the city once.. I will never use anyone other than Chad Wheeler ever again!!!!

I was so relieved to be treated so well by Chad Wheeler and his amazing staff. My family and I have had a very bad experience in the past with a different funeral home. We were taken advantage of in our time of mourning. At Wheeler funeral home we were treated with kindness and understanding. We weren't gouged for expenses we didn't understand. Everything was explained to us in a way that was easy to compute. Grief can make any person an easy target. Chad was very fair and patient with us. Also his amazing work made this very difficult situation a little easier to deal with. My brother looked at peace. It helped heal us to say goodbye to him because he looked like him. I can't thank this company enough for the amazing job they did.

We unfortunately had to communicate with a funeral home on the loss of my son. We contacted Chad Wheeler and he was an very compassionate person. He explained everything to the family on what we had to do and guided us so that we understood. Chad Wheeler and his staff are amazing people.

I have been dealing with Wheeler's since 2006. I cannot say enough about how honest and professional Chad is. We have used his service on four occasions now (most recently with both my parents). Each time he has guided us to ensure we are not taken advantage by others in the funeral business. I shopped around the first time and another funeral home quoted me one price, and when all the "extras" were added in the price tripled. We only wanted a cremation. Apparently there is a cremation price, plus plus plus. I immediately called Wheeler's. Chad quoted me a price and that was the price. The only additional charges were for things we added. Not the "hidden" costs the other places charge. Chad has also given us advise on dealing with the cemetery and the tricks they play to up-charge. His advice saved us a lot of money. Very appreciated.
