Not certain what to say regarding WH Security.  Sadly, my family's experience has been lackluster at best.  We have two accounts with WH Security - one personal and one business.  Whenever we encounter troubles or issues with our security system at either location  - no one in customer service can ever assist or explain alerts, etc.  From camera problems to battery alerts - no one can ever advise.  They even have trouble calling the correct phone numbers in the correct order when a security alert occurs.  To add insult to injury, the personal system needed to be transferred from my father's name to my own due to his death.  How kind of them to charge me a $15.00 change fee.   Now they do burn up your phone line when they discover a billing change.  Four calls in one week regarding my Dad's account that has always been paid in full because they found out my father had died.   Wow.  Would never recommend using WH again.

Horrible experience with them. Unresponsive to numerous calls. They keep saying someone will call back but they never do. I did not extend and they sent me to collections for services never received. Hopefully Better Business Bureau can help.

I am a current WH Security customer and have had great luck with them!  They have great customer service and are very easy to work with.  I would highly recommend calling Andy if you are looking for a security system for your home or business.

Steve Pink was our representative when looking into security systems. He did an excellent job putting a package together for us. We were looking or a fire/security system which they were a one stop shop. The crew that was sent to install the system was very professional and answered all our questions. WH security has been a pleasure to do business with.

I have been working with WH Security for the past year and have loved working with them. The staff is always responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend WH Security if you are looking for a home security system and live in the Twin Cities.
