Storage facilities are clean and climate controlled. Stored items look as good as when they went in months later. The facility is user friendly. The staff is courteous, pleasant, and helpful. Highly recommended!

The best storage facility I've ever used. It is expensive but the service is great, the units are kept in terrific shape (good height), the climate control was always ideal and the general areas and elevators are. immaculate. I like the gated access. The staff is amazing. Over nearly ten years, I lost the keys to my lock twice and they were really helpful in removing/replacing it. I was sorry to leave - I moved out of state and the new facility is nice enough - just not nearly as nice as this. Highly recommend.

Shawn and the staff here have been nothing but professional and overly helpful. As a mover, I have worked with many customers who prefer Westies due to their rates, cleanliness and efficiency. They're top tier.
