Happy Doctor's day to Dr Macdougall. I am grateful for the excellent care he has afforded my family and I. The clinic is also very efficient and services top notch.
I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and sick. I was advised to see my doctor immediately even though I did not have an appointment and they weren’t accepting walk ins. However, they took me in almost immediately and gave me a full check up without batting an eye. Very much appreciated. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Thank you all.
The wait times can be long but they work on getting everyone in.nI always come out with what I need. I love seeing my family doctor and nurse. Ive been in to see some of the other doctors and nurses as well they were all very helpful.nIts usually based on prioity so I cant really complain, my children always get in quickly so I dont mind waiting alittle time when it comes to myself.nStaff are usually outgoing and helpful. And on the odd ocassion they arent Id say it might just be a bad day.nnSo far so good. :
It's extremely difficult to get in to see not just your doctor but any one who can assist you. A shame because when you can get in they do good work.
The wait time is crazy! Had an appointment at 1pm had to wait over an hour and a half to see the Dr. All I need it was a prescription done up.
