I would give less than one. I have ordered a meal an hour and a half ago and people behind phone have lost their delivery driver. This is a repeated thing for this shop yet they still continue to use the same driver. On top of that they tell you they have cooked the food when they haven't communication between staff is poor and to be quiet Frank the food is not worth all this commotion . I live 5 mins round the corner and still no food after one hour and 45 mins. There resolution cancel the delivery and write a review. I hope this review is appreciated .
Used to be a great chippy. Now it’s desolate and it’s clear to see why; Standards have dropped- Chips were soggy, tasted old and the donner looked miserable. Service was below par, 10 minute wait in an abandoned shop turned to 20 minutes for mediocre food. Very disappointed- it’s clear that west side haven’t bothered to improve.
Would give 0 if I could. Ordered fish and chips got told it will be 15/20 minutes, after half an hour food was still not here but it’s not a big deal everyone gets busy sometimes bare in mind I only ordered it to Cradley heath After an hour I rang the shop to find out what’s going on got told driver is a few minutes away. When driver came I checked the food to make sure it’s still fresh as it’s been an hour, the whole box was very soggy after I opened it I found the food to be even more cold and soggy, I wasn’t very happy so i phoned the place and asked if I could get some fresh food delivered, the driver in the meantime slammed the food back in the bag and with a lot of attitude said im not having fresh food and walked out. After speaking to someone over the phone he told me he only works there and that the person who delivered my food was in fact the shop owner. Shop worker said he will speak to the owner when he gets back and call me back. It’s now been another hour I’ve been waiting for someone to call me back and they still haven’t. Im sorry but with this attitude you should think about getting a different business because this will not attract customers.

My partner had chicken wings, a wrap and a peri burger. He has got food poisoning . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS SHOP
Great Fish and chips served to me. Really good home type cooking. Will try the beef burgers next time I go as I have been told they are awesome.
Bad Service. They were having there own conversations while I was waiting. Also food was undercooked and tasted raw. Bad place to go and eat. I advise never for anyone to go
Used to go here many years ago and was passing so dropped in 1.80 for dinner special. Still as I remember lovley and chilli sauce I've been twice in last 2 days
Very nice chips indeed, it may not look much on the outside so I was pleasantly surprised how nice the chips were - they tasted like seaside chips - very nice!!
This does deserve 0 stars donner meat wrap was coil chicken strips soaked in oil and the tables is discusting hygiene lessons need to be taken absolutely disgusting
