I love this dealership! This is not the dealership I bought my car from, but in a year when I renew my lease I will be going to westowne to ensure I get amazing client service. The service department is specifically the team I work with, and they are very friendly kind and attentive to how comfortable you are with what they are doing with your car and why it's important. Love love love

The staff are extremely courteous. The service is the best. Everything is explained thoroughly. Staff go out of their way make sure everything goes smoothly. They are very friendly Nd make the experience a very positive one.

Staff are amazing and super attentive. They never do anything without giving you a full description of any work that is needed. They are always happy to answer any questions. They also have a sweet little sitting area that brew the best lattes! From purchase to service needs, would highly recommend westowne mazda !

The staff at Westowne Mazda truly care about what’s in your best interest. Their first priority is always safety and customer care. I’ve never had a better experience anywhere else. I would highly recommend Westowne Mazda for all your vehicle needs. From tires, maintenance or even a second opinion it doesn’t get any more honest and upfront than the feed back the service staff has to offer. Keep up the great work!

Took my car in for a regular oil change and the dealership indicated my car was leaking coolant and wanted quite a bit of money to replace it. I left to get a second opinion and my coolant was way below the normal line. I filled my coolant.. Took my car to a reliable mechanic the next day and he indicated the line was completely dry. No leak. Im convinced Westowne tampered with my car and I will never go back. *beware the crooks *
