Toyota Regular Maintenance Review nAppointment: July 10nnThis maintenance appointment was attended by my wife, so the following review is written from her perspective.nnThe first person who greeted her was a polite gentleman—friendly, welcoming, and wearing a warm smile. She was then assisted by Jessica, who was extremely professional, patient, courteous, and kind. Her gentle tone and approachable manner made the entire communication process feel smooth and pleasant. We were very satisfied with the customer service experience.nnHowever, the car cleaning left much to be desired. The detailing was careless and sloppy—let the pictures speak for themselves. The lack of attention to detail was especially evident on the navigation screen. Under natural lighting, fingerprints and smudges were clearly visible, revealing the rushed and unprofessional job.nnGreat service at the front desk, but the cleaning definitely needs improvement.

He understood my not-so-perfect English-Ukrainian-Russian language, which made communication very comfortable. I had such a great experience with the dealer Bob Yu! He’s super friendly, professional, and really easy to talk to. He gave me lots of helpful tips and took the time to understand my personal needs and recommended the Toyota Plug-in Prius that truly fits me, without ever being pushy.nnI really appreciated Bob’s help. He would take time to make sure I fully understood everything before making any decisions. He even helped negotiate and got us a great deal! On top of that, Bob even paid out of his own pocket to give me a small gift!!! Thank you Bob for everything! nnOverall, I’m beyond satisfied with the experience I had at Toyota. I do not recommend this dealership due to their poor after-sales service.nI purchased a VW Atlas from this location and experienced a malfunction with the steering wheel heater. Although I was told a technician would follow up with me, it has been over three months and I have not received any communication. It’s clear that their focus is solely on making sales, with little regard for customer service once the sale is complete.
