Without question the worst customer service of any business I have ever visited. I have consistently had to wait 45+ minutes for simple Telus services and I honestly can't believe Telus still allows them distributorship. I will gladly spend the time and money to drive into St. Albert to a different Telus store in order to actively avoid having to deal with this company ever again. A few months ago I walked into the store while two older employees were leaning on the counter talking to an older customer about how "the younger generation doesn't know how to work these days". I waited in line for fifteen minutes for the young lady to get back from her break to help me. And again today I had to leave without service to get back to my job while the older gentlemen waited for the younger employee to show up. I will be happy to remove this negative review once Telus decides that this store is a poor representation of their services.

The staff are great down to earth people that take pride in their work. Great with car audio and everything else electronic. 5☆'s

Pleasant experience. Store is very well organised. Well mannered staff. Would highly reccomend browing through the store.
