Westlock Inn & Conference Centre

Location is right off the highway which is perfect. The service was fantastic. Very pleasant staff.

Nicely appointed rooms. No mini bar. Hate the paper cups and plastic glasses. Decent breakfast included.

A decent hotel at a reasonable price. This place is a landmark and has been here for around 40 years. My favourite thing was Sunday brunch beside the pool if they still feature that. There is also an alacarte restaraunt and a lounge in there and some conference rooms. There is a bar and a full liquore store on the West side as well. It is on the corner of the highway 18 and highway 44 junction , so it is hard to miss. There is acres of parking in front, and in back. Once I saw a whole drilling rig parked here and still plenty of room for others. Any way it is a great place call ahead, pop in.

Went for thanksgiving buffet with family. Food was excellent as well as the service. The westlock inn never fails to impress with its food quality and there was so much to choose from. The dessert options were very tasty as well !

We were a party of eight including two 3 year olds and as such were subjected to a 15% automatic gratuity. We were so disappointed. Had been there to check menu for lunch and found it to be the same menu for dinner - only reheated and a lot less of it. Salad bar was old and half empty. Buffet was not fresh except for the carved roast of the day. Fish dish was uneatable. Waited forever for a waitress and drinks and no coffee offered. All in all very poor service as well. And who would have thought an $8.00 +/- charge for a 3 yr old???? It will be a very long time before we try this venue again.
