Great service, great people. Very nice mausoleums. Grounds are well kept.
Been to several funerals there. The ground are alway keep nice. They had large chapel that are Beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nice to have staff to answer question Very nice cemetery
After spending thousands of dollars putting multiple family members to rest here, I was hunted down by a grounds keeper in my vehicle and asked to leave because apparently "you spend so much time here we're starting to worry you're planning on robbing other families" . So I now have to look into what it takes to MOVE a loved one AFTER they've been laid to rest so I can spend time with my father and brother peacefully. I'm appalled at this place for not even thinking that maybe people have their own coping mechanisms for things and I should be able to spend as much time as I want with my family while the cemetery is open. IF YOU OWN A CEMETERY YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE EXPERIENCING LOSS. that being said, it looks like I'll be spending a lot of money re locating my family.
They were very good as a company no complaints. I just hate going there it is so plain, you only have a vase to put flowers i feel like I have no comfort to there. I'm sorry I feel this way
My dad has an extra plot there, all paid for. My husband died unexpectedly and I inquired as to cost for burial there. He had been cremated and was in an urn. They gave me some highly inflated cost of almost $5,000 dollars, just to place his ashes in the plot already paid for. First there was the cost of another urn, "because you don't want his ashes going on someone else", then the cost of a vault, "because you have to put the urn in something", then opening and closing the grave site and other administrative costs and finally the cost of an expensive headstone. They even tried to tell me we would have to pay extra when dad died, "because nobody gets buried for free", even though both mom and dad purchased and paid for the entire burial and have it in writing that they are covered from cremation to burial with opening and closing of plot included. If mom was not already there, I would never deal with these people again. My husband's daughter got a plot in Mentor Cemetery for 250.00. No other urn, no vault, opening and closing were included and no "extra" administrative cost. I placed a headstone, which I purchased elsewhere, and only paid for cement to be put down which was set cost of $150.00. This year, Western Reserve even took the crosses up in a snow storm. Ridiculous. Any cemetery is more honest than this one, at least the younger guy there. No sympathy at all. He even, at one point pointed to a plastic vault and said "we can throw your husband in that, if you want.". Only good thing is, it is kept up nicely. I tried to talk to the older gentleman, but he was not there and by that time, I just wanted to get out of there..
Wonderful place and very well maintained. We recently had our Mom entombed here and it was very difficult for us as we lost her suddenly. Christopher helped us and was wonderful to work with. 5 stars.
My grandfather was laid to rest here, grounds are well kept. Wish they had markers for the sections though, online you can find their exact placement but there are no signs to help direct.
Western Reserve is a beautiful cemetery! The mausoleum is stunning, and the old stone office is charming. I enjoy walking around the grounds.
I was there for the first time on Mothers Day and it was beautiful. I have a sweet and very missed friend there, not to mention Elliott Ness
Very nice grounds. Very nice people.
