They set me up with an auto-payment, didn't process past the first payment, didn't bother to call me about it, then sent someone to my house threatening my husband with court for non-payment. And their website is useless. It only gives you the option to pay them whatever amount you want, but doesn't tell you how much you actually owe.
Worst customer service ever.. Tried to get a balance for three days for a pay off.. No one is ever there that can actually help interest accrues every day good racket.. Maybe time to have an attorney call after seven calls only one person was kind however still no pay off amount!!
It doesn't surprise me to see a low rating for a debt collection agency... after all they are the ones who have the dirty job. But seriously, 'don't shoot the messenger'. Everyone I've dealt with here over the years has always been pleasant and willing to work with me on arrangements. Perhaps it's because I am not nasty to them and instead treat them with the same respect I would want to be treated with? There really is no reason to be upset with the agency... you were turned over due to failure to pay someone else...just like I was. It's not their fault, they were just hired to collect and you need to take a different perspective on the situation and own up to your own mistakes.
I have been trying to get my account paid with them for 2 years if not longer. I do not make alot of money and they will not work with me they want me to pay it in 3 payments and I can not afford 300 a month. I've been waiting over a month for paper work to fill out to do it by my income and I have not received it and no one will call me back.
Worst customer service ever im eaven paying and they still want to take me to court they cuz at u won't let u explain urself they are out for them self I got a family with kids they don't care
Does not respond to early attempts for a debt resolution. Ignores calls for weeks and falsely claims to have made "bona fide effort to collect claims from customer" before filing lawsuits against customers and stiffs them with court fees.
Went to court on bogus charge...I WON... plus got $55 court cost.
I deal with many debt collectors and the ladies here have been great to work with.
Terrible unprofessional people that try to collect bogus charges and never call you back
Good luck getting someone to answer the phone... So frustrating
