After almost 4 yrs of insurance , terrible communication, weve decided to move all of our insurance. Our son was asked to show proof of his driver’s license at their office , yet we were recently informed that he was not insured. He has been driving for 3 yrs . No apologies and basically blaming us for this ? Very unapologetic and with a condensending tone that i dont appreciate. 8,000 per yr will be sent elsewhere. Shop smart not always local
I’ve always had my insurance with Western Financial Group and have never been disappointed, the brokers are knowledgeable and I trust their recommendations, always kind and helpful when visiting the branch and over the phone.
We've been a customer for 4-5 years, with many policies 6+ at this point and the service is horrendous. Between the wrong policies being cancelled leaving me driving with no coverage and the sold vehicle still insured to writing policies incorrectly to never actually following up as they say, the experience has been awful. I've added up our annual policies with them and they are getting just shy of $10k/year from us, yet getting a quote or renewing a policy seems to not be of interest to them. There is no senior management to speak to, simply overwhelmed and underexperienced staff. I would avoid WFG altogether and I will be moving all policies as soon as I can.

Darlene at Western Financial Group has taken excellent care of me and my husband and our business over the years. She gives us honest, straightforward advice and is always available to answer any question that we have, big or small. Darlene has taken the time to always get us the best rate possible, and she helps us understand our insurance policies thoroughly so that if the worst does happen we know exactly what coverage we have.
Knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service. Happy to know my insurance is in good hands.
The team in Drum is amazing. I moved to Calgary several years ago and I'm still sticking with this branch. I havent found anything that comes close to the speed and communication of the staff at Western.
The service at this branch is outstanding. The staff are professional, helpful and their annual review of my policies to make sure I have the coverage I need at the best price is appreciated.
I cant say enough great things about this office. Everyone is awesome to deal with and extremely helpful. Fast response time and always a pleasure to deal with!
