Our business insurance was up for renewal, we were looking for a new commercial insurance policy due to a VERY bad experience last year. Carly came referred to us and has proven to be incredible!! She is quick to respond, came to our clinic to make sure the policy we had was sufficient for our business and explained the policy in great detail which is something we've never had before. Carly even suggested breaking our policy up between two lenders to save us money which proves she goes above and beyond an is extremely knowledgeable. We would HIGHLY recommend Carly to anyone!

They were good at one time but have consistently gotten worse over the years, they get 2 stars only due to my previous experiences, other than that it’s a 1 star. Multiple agents over the years, staff is now treating customers like it is inconvenient for them and it is your fault for even calling them. Judging by the “thanks for your candor” and “sorry we didn’t live up to your expectations “ responses to the other low ratings I am sure that things will not change for the better anytime soon. It is sad that it has come to this as I would have given them a solid 5 star about 10 years ago but now that ship has sailed. Work harder for your customer as they pay your paycheque, without them you are lost. Hopefully they can improve for future customers but as of now I know that I will be actively be searching for a new broker tomorrow and moving everything slowly and when renew time comes they will no longer be my broker.

My apartment recently flooded and I was very upset and did not know what to do. My daughter-in-law Kyley Furbank, who works at your firm. came to my place to help me. She took over phoning the insurance company as I did not have a clue as to what I needed to do. She absolutely took over and made sure everything was handled on the insurance end of things. Because of Kyley doing this for me the insurance adjuster was at my place in two days. I just wanted to let you know how helpful and knowledgeable Kyley was for me, in my time of need.

Carly is amazing with commercial insurance! We've been dealing with her for about 3 years regarding commercial vehicle and liability policies. We would highly recommend that other businesses in Calgary take advantage of her wealth of knowledge when it comes to business insurance. She's also very timely and responsive. Thanks Carly!

My insurance agent, Carly Hauk, saved me 50% on my auto and home policy and offers thorough service for my Commercial accounts as well. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and great to deal with! Highly recommend!
