Called ahead and was able to have my new bike safeties same day while I waited. Service was excellent and he was upfront about what he thought the bike needed to improve safety beyond what is included in the safety inspection and even steered me away from doing additional work that I had planned to do but he thought was unnecessary. I will definitely be using this as my new shop and highly recommend it to anyone who needs anything for their bike.

Great experience! Way faster than any mechanics in Toronto - I'll definitely be riding back out here for any issues I have. Joe is a pretty intense looking guy, but has a heart of gold. I had an issue with a steering bearing on my R3, and he was able to sort it out in just two days + safety the bike. 10/10 would recommend Joe to anyone looking for a new mechanic!

I made an appointment to have my bike inspected for a safety certificate. Joe did the inspection while I waited, that was very helpful to me. He found a defect that needed repairs. Joe got my bike inspected on Monday and repaired for me to pick up on Friday. His mechanic Ryan was very friendly and helpful too.nI'm very pleased with the service and availability. I will be returning for future maintenance and repairs.

My ride quit out off the 400, had my ride towed to Westend Cycle, I am from out of town visiting and Joe squeezed my issue into his day. I have 2003 Kawasaki 1500 Vulcan , Joe diagnosed that there was corrosion and build up on the ignition switch and solenoid preventing the ignition. Once that was cleaned up and reassembled the bike was good to go. I really appreciate that he was able to help me out as I can’t wait for an appointment in a week or so. The job was complied the day after I had the bike dropped off. Great place and friendly service, they kept me on the road.nnThanks
