Being in the hobby for many years I have not yet come across a solid and dedicated shop like this one. Knowledge experience respect and professional service is what you'll get there. I took my 2003 Anniversary Road King for a minor repair and couldn't believe the difference in handling. I would recommend this shop for new riders and ones who know what proper service is all about.

Joe has been a great help over the years but especially since I got hit on my Harley this fall. He has rebuilt the bike better than new and now I'm looking forward to spring to take it out. Thanks again Joe for the continued excellent service...

Great no hidden fees shop. Joe was straight forward, told me to research the issues with my Triumph and $$$ to repair. Fair and honest.

This guy is a rock star to me. On a big day trip north we stopped in a for quick oil change and chain tension. He does a full check of the bike as he working on the task. He found my rear pads would beem on steel before i got home from the trip. His attention to the detail saved me a big repair bill. Replaced them well i waited.

Yes ! I have nothing but good things to say about "WEST END CYCLE" ! I have been with "Joe" Owner & Mechanic for over 10 years now ! He knows his motorcycles , is helpful & always offers great advice ! I can't stress enough to anyone reading these reviews , "Joe" & "WEST END CYCLES" is where I recommend you bring your Bike ! Even on a "Sunday" when he is closed he went above & beyond for me , taking in my Motorcycle when it had died ! A Great Guy ! A Great place to bring your Bike ! He has my Vote & a "BIG" five star rating ***** !!! Thanks Joe ! Mike Duffey
