Always a fair and just appraisal, approved by so many lenders and great service! I always go to them first!
Rarely do you get a chance to have multiple Appraisals done on the same property, but Westech screwed it up so badly that we had to get two additional Appraisals done to get an accurate assessment. Coming out of the process one thing is clear, that westech was the gross outlier. Using photos that were not even of our property, they arrived at a number significantly different to that of the other reports, and a number that does not remotely reflect the market value. I would recommend you go elsewhere if you want an accurate appraisal.
Westech has been an amazing company to work with over the years. They're responsive, considerate, fair, and have great communication on their appraisal orders. Plus the team members are genuinely good/kind people - which goes a long way for building trust. As a mortgage broker, they've been invaluable for my business. I highly recommend them!
