Lots of fraudulent activity problems, and false advertisement. Been with for 10+ years and haven't been approved on anything yet. Customer staff and service are usually great unless 2 faced or forced. Don't believe there builtin's all the time due to technical problems as well. This location is awesome in comparison to other. So be advised any offers are not as advertised, as discovered with the scholarship program recently on top of things. So I think it's problems amongst people getting in the way, because they're really good people otherwise.

I got my first auto loan here and with little established credit history not bad credit the process was what I would describe as easy. Since then I've gotten another vehicle loan and a couple personal loans and haven't had a single bad experience. My mother has also been banking here for over 20 years and never any issues. They're always friendly and helpful. I'de highly recommend especially if your getting an auto loan. Don't go to a bank when you can go to a credit union.

We have been members of Westconsin Credit Union all of our lives. They are an A+ Credit Union. They offer the best of everything, from their tellers, loan officers and everyone who works there. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. We just love everything about Westconsin. I can’t see us ever going anywhere else.

We have done all of our banking here. we have had car loans, mortgage, HELOC and personal loans through you. I have never been disappointed with the service. When my husband passed away, you helped me get set up with everything in my own name and assisted me with makng good decisions. I am very happy with your service to date.
