It is the fourth time that I sell my home and buy a new one. we were very lucky to find the WestCost by a chance. they just sold out a unit near to where we live. so we decided to go ahead with them. It was the best experience that I have had in selling and buying. Jessica, Jason and Lorine were perfect and helped us a lot in different stages of the process. Jessica was awesome at the first meeting. she provided all information we need to understand what's going on in the market. it helped us a lot to adjust our expectations and dreams to reality. we got very useful advice from Jessica. very professional system to gather a group of people in one room to discuss easier. we got a nice staging and a very smooth open house and sale. On buying side, Jason helped us a lot. we always get very good advice and information about available listings from Jason, for documentation, Lorine was perfect. I do recommend WestCoast, they did a great job,
There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Jessica Chen and her team. Jessica’s expertise and professionalism were only outdone by her kindness and empathy. Selling the family home was always going to be a gut-wrenching experience. Jessica guided us through the headaches and heartache with clear strategies and recommendations. From the first meeting we knew we couldn’t be in better hands, and right through to the very end, that proved to be the case. Her communication skills are unsurpassed, both in keeping us apprised on what was happening and making herself available whenever we had questions. Rounding out her services, Jessica shared a list of contacts that met her high standards for anything we needed done prior to listing. From staging to photography, she made the process as painless as possible. I cannot recommend her enough. In the immortal words of Tina Turner, she is ‘simply the best’.
Jessica Chen is absolutely THE BEST realtor ever. What makes her great? She figured out very quickly what I want, like, and don't want by asking a few questions about lifestyle, preferences, etc. She then helped me understand the different neighborhoods of BC and how they did or did not meet my goals and preferences. She is very patient - answered all my questions with a clear depth of intimate knowledge. Never pushy - never judgmental - simply clear honest and straight forward information for me to decide what was right for me. Super fun, efficient, timely, respectful, knowledgable, resourceful, and detailed. Even after my purchase which she guided and helped me through, she checked on my place until I moved in, met me there when I moved in, provided details on the immediate neighborhood again, recognizing I couldn't remember all the previous details, and has continued to make herself and her partners at WestCoast Living RE Group available offering all the resources, recommendations, and guidance I need starting in a new area. Everyone there is amazing, responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I am very fortunate to have met and worked with Jessica - when/if I buy or sell again, Jessica and her RE Group is my person!
We can honestly say that from our first meeting with Jason we were thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and integrity. It was important to Jason that we found a community/area that suited our needs/requirements. Jason made himself accessible, always had the time for our questions no matter how crazy they were, and he has kept us on task every step of the way. We were based in Ontario, looking for a real estate agent in Vancouver. This was a hassle to arrange remotely while knowing nobody in BC. Hours were spent researching, tons of reviews were read, and several agents were approached. Then we found a team with positive reviews that stood out to us. They offered a concierge service, meaning a full-service one-stop shop: searching and buying the property; finding the lawyer to finish a deal; reno pros etc. We never regretted contacting Jessica Chen and the team - they truly had all their bases covered. Jessica responded in a timely manner and set up a video call, where she introduced us to a real estate advisor, Jason Ng. From the very beginning they provided a very personal custom-tailored approach to accommodate all our needs. We booked our trip to Vancouver for 5 days. It was our first visit to Vancouver, so the team provided us with a very detailed itinerary. Jason scheduled all showings arranging all the meetings efficiently to use our time wisely. It allowed us to explore the city, getting a feel for the environment and people of Vancouver. The listings were very carefully selected. Jason was extremely professional, providing in-depth pros and cons for every listing, with considerations for our personal preferences as well as the surrounding neighbourhoods. After all showings were completed on our last day of the trip, we decided to put down an offer. Jason completed the whole process of multiple counteroffers masterfully. We feel we got the best price possible for this property, as a result of his strategic and skillful handling of the negotiation process. Jason never stopped surprising us. Prior to final completion of the deal he arranged and attended the home inspection. He video call us to review inspection report. All never ending documents, emails, and our questions were provided with thorough explanations and answers. The team provided us with their own list of insurance companies and law firms which we followed and rendered the necessary services from. We are just a few short steps away from fully closing the deal but Jessica and Jason got us through the biggest hurdles with great care and efficiency. We highly recommend Jessica, Jason and West Coast Living Real Estate Team to everyone!

It is rare to come across someone who you instantly feel completely at ease with and to whom you can entrust your home to. Upon meeting Jessica, we were blown away by her expertise, professionalism and authenticity. She was knowledgeable about the current market trends, took the time to understand our goals, and had clear strategies and recommendations on how to bring them to life. With 2 young kids in the peak of a global pandemic, we were hesitant as to whether or not it was the right time to move. However, when we met Jessica, we knew we were in good hands. Sure enough, the entire West Coast team was absolutely incredible to work with. They were great communicators before, during and after the sale of our home and were meticulous in taking care of every detail.
