Worst place ever. I took off my braces 3/18/16 and I still have not received my retainers. They gave me an appointment for today and I came all the way from Pennsylvania (recently moved) just to have them tell me that my retainers will not be ready until two more weeks. I did not even receive a call. They are very irresponsible/unprofessional

Made an appointment for 1/4/16 only to be told that the specialist isn't there on Monday's, so that's an hour I lost from work. Not even an apology. Very unprofessional! This complaint is towards the clerical staff and not the professional staff since I never got to see any.
