Have had storage lockers here for years. The best customer service ever. I live in Vernon but continue to store there as they always go above and beyond. A++++

Saved me $700! 
Steve was excellent help. Our Uhaul trailer was going to cost a crazy $1300 one-way. Instead of telling me to go online myself and try several other drop-off locations, he said he would call me back. Half an hour later, after trying various locations along or route, he called me back with a different drop-off and the cost was only $600. I didn't have to do a thing. This was really going above and beyond to deliver great customer service. Thank you!

Excellent Self Storage facility in Westbank, West Kelowna. Very helpful staff...and great value. Would use again without hesitation!
