I like that you can choose between using a swipe card you add money to, quarters, or your credit/debit card. Would recommend using their swipe cards because you earn points that can get you some value so you don't have to spend as much. Attendant is usually on duty. They have a separate area for heavy loads like bedding or extremely large loads. Only downside is, several machines are broken but they do take a while to get fixed.

We've been coming here for 2 years since we moved to the neighborhood, mostly for the high capacity machines for large bedding and such. Love the big table in the back room for folding! Our washer broke last month so we've been spending a lot more time here recently (on T W and R for the discount). Staff has been friendly and the big machines are great but the BEST thing is what happened to me today! I was in Tuesday and apperantly left a load behind...MY FAVORITE IRREPLACEABLE PANTS and a few brand new items. I called back today (2 days later) slightly panicking and not only did they have my load, but she had rewashed and dried them for me. :) :) I'll never go anywhere else! 5 stars!
