This library really has 1 level. Which is where everyone migrates so expect constant chattereven from librarians. It has very few tables to study, nor is there a quiet space to study. The one quiet room isn’t really a room as there is a square hole above so it isn’t enclosed.
The librarian was very helpful. The library is beautiful. Since retiring i find myself going to many different library functions across the county.
It is nice place if you want to study. However, they don’t have a plenty of table but at least you will find a spotnKids corner is awesome it has a lot of books, I used to bring my kids with me. They have computers for kids with so many interactive program so they can have fun time and you study or finish your work.nPeople are so nice and helpful it is really one of the best libraries in the area if you are planning to work on calm decent setting.nThey have plenty of parking spots
It's modern and quaint at the same time. The wood floors have that reminiscent squeak of yesteryear and the bright modern style you'd expect from current buildings. The exhibit is a delightful display of the Thursday knitting class, featuring their handmade items.
Very nice visit went to see the notary the staff there are very, very friendly and the notary was a complete gentleman. Very enjoyable experience would highly recommend Nyack free library.
