Service was great, I went to get my wisdom teeth removed and they were very efficient
I have had the pleasure of being assisted by Dr Vo, his wife Dr Tran, Gail, and Reem. I would say that everyone is very professional, and very kind and down to earth. They will converse with you, giving you a better experience than "just all business". Very good work, great prices. Very nice modern clinic. They are very careful with covid, with sealed entrances to each room + hepa air filters in each room. The first time I went I met hygenist Gail who is a very kind woman, very funny, we had a great time and Dr Vo was very nice, informed and educated me on different things, suggesting only what is required, and very flexible. The 2nd time was for cavities 2 and some preventative fillings. Reem was very kind and sweet, going out of her way to make sure I was comfortable seated sciatica she even brought me a rolled up towel which helped a lot for my lumbar in the chair. Dr Tran was very nice and patient with me, explaining each procedure that was done before beginning. Made sure I was in comfort always and was great at making sure my fillings feel good when bitting down we had to grind them down a bit. See you next week for some wisdom teeth to be pulled, the fun starts soon. Thank you all, highly recommend this clinic! Post operation: Had 3 teeth pulled today, I cannot say anything but good things about everyone at this clinic from the secretaries at the front end, to hygenists, assistants and Dr. Everything went smooth, they made sure I was comfortable in everyway, making sure to extra freeze if needed. The operation was pretty quick too. I was again explained by Dr Vo and Reem, the various procedures and steps to be taken. They went at a pace of my comfort, I started gagging at one point at the begining and they gave me some time to get by it. They are all very kind people and I am very grateful to them all for keeping me comfortable 1st time having teeth pulled. This is defintely the clinic to visit, conveniant, new 2 yrs old office, flexible, and most importantly very kind. Loyalty is important and we sometimes forget it goes 2 ways. I have found my new clinic :. Thank you to the whole team, will see you for future appointments.
This West Island Dental Clinic in Pointe-Claire offers a high-quality service in a friendly and caring environment. The clinic has a modern look and appears to be furnished with up-to-date dental equipment. They strive to make my visit comfortable. The entire staff is knowledgeable and always offering helpful tips on how to maintain my teeth. Once, I missed my appointment and within the same week, the administrators were able to accommodate me with another appointment. Also, they work directly with my group insurance company, so I don’t need to get involved in submitting any claims. The whole process is seamless and fast. So far, it’s been a great experience. One last thing, it’s conveniently located off the Trans-Canada highway for easy access.
The receptionist were kind and helpful. Knowing I was scared by the tooth extraction Doctor Vo and his dental assistant Emilie asked me questions and told me stories to distract me which helped. Good people, would recommend.

Highly recommend. I am 23 years old and TERRIFIED of needles... recently had to get 3 fillings and a gum graft. Reem I hope I spelled her name correctly is an angel, she was so comforting, understanding, and so knowledgeable! I was shocked that my previous dentist never told me about the issues I was causing to my teeth and gums by doing something as simple as brushing my teeth. Luckily the staff here quickly did and gave me the tools/procedures/product recommendations to fix it.
Beautiful clinic and up-to-date with state of the art dental care technologies for their patients. Dr. Vo is very dedicated and makes sure his patients are completely satisfied! His staff is attentive, knowledgeable and very professional, and you are always greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello!
I cannot stress how much of a life saver this clinic was. In these bad times i managed to them and i explained my situation and they agreed to see me Broken tooth bad pain other places said to just take tylenol. I went in and it ended up being a broken wisdom tooth which needed to be yanked asap. They were very professional and safe and despite the situation around us very nice and took the time to do the job right. I don't currently have a dentist, but i think after service like this it would be tough to not comeback here for all my dental needs.
been with this clinic since im a child and theres good reason why i never went else where, the people here really care about your teeth and want you to have a healthy mouth. always tell you the truth, good rates too. Dr Michael Vo is a pro, my wisdom teeth had curved roots and he removed them both in under 25 minutes! ill never change dental clinics!
Modern and sophisticated dental clinic! West Island dental is truly amazing, every visit I go to I have nothing but great service and treatments by the doctors and entire staff! All of their Hygienist’s are excellent and very knowledgeable! I would 100% recommend this dental clinic to everyone.This office is truly a first class experience and affordable at the same time!
