Amazing staff! Everyone was so kind, friendly, helpful and patient! Special thanks to Hera today for her help. Answered all my questions, kept checking the back for stock and finding out prices, etc. despite it being a busy store with lots of customers today, everyone was assisted quite efficiently. The line up at the pay area was not too long of a wait. I appreciate the store holding a few sale days here and there, it really helps us Mommies to be!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt the need to share my terrible experience with this store.nnI had an awful experience at the Richmond store. The staff didn't provide accurate information about the stroller. Due to the staff’s incorrect information, I purchased a different stroller, and I am not satisfied with that stroller either. Therefore, I had to purchase another stroller, wasting both time and money.nnWhen I reached out to resolve the issue, I was met with nothing only lies and excuses. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.nnI will never shop here again, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this store.
I went for my consultation and was helped by Shannon and Paige. Shannon was so patient and helped me with all the options and trying strollers multiple times and in my car as well which was super helpful.
