Very knowledgeable staff, and the store offers a great variety of choises for both babies and parents. The staff named Shanon shared her experiences with her babies, that really helped us as we are new parents. Lots of cute things in great quality.
I come here for the consultation. Everything is so great! Ms Azima helped me a lot. She is so patient and friendly. She gave me useful information about breastfeeding. I enjoyed the best consultation and service with her and other staffs. Highly recommend this wonderful baby store!
What a great shopping experience! The staff were very kind as I spent a ridiculously long time trying to decide on their wonderful selection of toys. Special mention to Tracey and her colleague today unfortunately did not catch her name who were super helpful in suggesting toys and grabbing the items for me. Tracey was especially sweet in her careful packaging - she really cared that the items looked just perfect as I intended them to be gifts!
I typically do not leave reviews but feel like it is important to write about one of the employees Sandra S. She was extremely rude and did not show any respect at all.nLong story short: I bought a stuffie as a present for a friend’s newborn and picked it up from the Main Street store. As I was driving to Richmond, I discovered the tag of the stuffie was very wrinkled and hairy not sure where the hair came from, so I made a quick detour to Bridgeport to see if I could exchange it.nFirst of all, Sandra was standing at the cashier but did not make it known that she was available to help me. I was waiting in line until I asked if she could help. When I told her about the situation, she said she doesn’t know if the stuffie is in stock, and I had to ask her to check please. She did and walked off to retrieve one for me. The tag was still wrinkled even though less, so I asked if there was perhaps one more as I wanted to gift it in the best condition there is is this not fair?. She said no and then said Main Street still had one. At first, I was going to take it but her attitude was so poor that it wa blatantly off putting. So, I decided to refund it as I can go elsewhere to find something better for the newborn.nSandra is an unextremely rude, unhelpful, and unpleasant employee. Never had I felt so unwelcomed in a store. I don’t plan to return to Westcoast Kids again.nPlease speak with your store associate and train her on basic manners. I don’t expect above and beyond service, but I do expect respect and kindness.
