Wenzel installed the plumbing In my house when it was built in 2010. Today I discovered the valve on the water supply, below the water meter, to my house steadily leaking water. I called the number on the tag that they left after the install for "EMERGENCY SERVICE." I was directed to a person who told me the soonest that someone could be out to look at it would be a week. Keep In mind that this leak is not in a spot where I can simply close a valve and the problem goes away until the repair can be made. This is on the supply to the house which means the city has to come out and shut off the water at the street. This is not what I would consider good customer service. This is a failure to stand behind their work.
