Wenjis Chinese Restaurant serves the absolute best ginger beef in the Comox Valley! Every bite is bursting with flavor, and the quality is consistently outstanding. A must-try for anyone craving authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine
The food is always delicious and staff are very friendly. Tonight my partner and I arrived about the time they opened this evening. I popped in to place the order, and it was fresh and ready within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.nI often feel awful after eating Chinese food from other restaurants, but I am always okay after Wenjie dinners.
Lovely young lady on the phone, very pleasant.nHad the dinner for 3, supposed to come with deep fried prawns, got deep fried chicken tough and greasy! and gravy. Mistake on their part, yes, but so much grease! I imagine the prawns would have been the same.nThe rest was mediocre at best.nDisappointed and don't t recommend.
Classic Chinese takeout. Call in, place the order, 15 minutes and it’s ready. Always super fresh crisp big cuts of veggies and always really fresh and hot. I’ve attached photos of the menu because they are so hard to find otherwise.
We were stranded on a tour bus and 40+ of us stepped into this restaurant. The staff were very accommodating and quickly made us simple dishes of BBQ fried rice, chow mein and also assorted vegetables. Prices were affordable and service was efficient.nnI am giving them 4-stars due to the lack of AC, relatively high amounts of MSG as well only having one washroom. Overall, a simple Westernized Chinese food in Comox.
