Came in through the drive-Thur and Wendy’s was horrible the guy who served me around 6pm wasn’t wearing a mask when he served me. Be careful!! The manager didn’t seem to care as much.

I'm usually understanding of workers when they are super busy... But I've been here with only 2 cars in line and it's always at least a 25min wait. Management needs to step up and start either start hiring more people or getting their current employees the support they need to be a better functioning team.
Went to Wendy's for 6 piece nuggets Fries, Crispy Chicken sandwich . Ate 4 of my nuggets and the fifth one had hair in it. Let's not mention when I was waiting for my food it took them 10 minutes the fries were cold. This by the way was in the drive thru. The inside is nasty. Will never go there again.
12/18/2020, 5:30pm waited for 28 minutes from the time I pulled into the parking lot until I had my food. The line wrapped around the building. I understand the volume of customers would cause a delay, but this was a little crazy.
Heard their breakfast sandwiches were great, tried to go this morning at 6:40 says they open at 6:30 & there was 1 car in the parking lot & the drive thru was NOT open & all signs were dark. Bummer! Off to BK or McD's.
