I am writing this to warn others and report a serious health hazard. Last night I was served a Spicy Chicken Sandwich that was completely raw in the middle. Since consuming a portion of it, I have become very ill with food poisoning. I ordered through Uber Eats, and when I called the store to report the incident, it seemed the matter wasn’t taken seriously, and I was told to contact Uber Eats for a refund. It’s not about a refund, but rather avoiding a health and safety incident like this from happening again. My primary concern now is for the safety of other customers who may unknowingly be served unsafe food.
The older short lady at the register who was also assembling orders made the entire atmosphere miserable. Very rude to not just myself, but also the Uber Eats driver who didn't hear her call his name. Made rude comments about the man, all while neglecting my order. Make sure you go when no one with that temperament is there.nnWendy's should do more than just 'offer their condolences' and tell you to submit a form on their website that they will never read.
The thing I’d complain about most is the rotting drain smell by the cash counter, messy condiment station /low.nAlso The younger girl supervisor had an attitude, idk how she even got to be in that position she has anger issuesnnthe other staff was great, hot food, really tastyn, sandwiches were just thrown together tho tasted a little old, and fry’s weren’t full,nnstrips were great, the honey garlic ones were good would recommend them,nalso the bacon cheese potato is good extra cheese sauce and baconncinnamon bun are good, Jr bacon cheese, chili was good.nnthe drinks were delicious, same with the ice cream so good, would recommend the frosty fizz.nnthe flavour frosty tho don’t come with a lot of toppings/ syrup barley any for what u pay for.nWhat would be a smart is adding one more line of caramel and another scoop of cereal or could put the toppings / sauce in the middle be better then getting a couple bites of the flavour, instead of just getting a taste then the rest just taste like plan chocolate Ice cream.
The food was not good, no flavor at all, got daves triple #3 combo and tasted like old Patty's stuck together with a ton of grease, fries had no salt content and the pop tasted like water basically, the server was the only good aspect shout out to her but the food was horrible and not tasty, I've gone to other Wendy's and never tasted so bad anywhere else I've gone, pretty sad for fast food that's beyond for sure.. do not recommend at all stay away
Food was ok customer service girl was great and friendly. Both of then actually had a great conversation about home renovations. Good team on Friday 520pm
