I ordered a regular poutine and the first one they gave me was cold and felt like old stock. I asked for a fresh, hot one and the staff said yes, but they still mixed the old, cold fries with the new ones. This is unacceptable. If a customer requests fresh food, it should be prepared properly, not reused or mixed. Very disappointed with the quality and the service.

I picked up an order from this Wendy’s and brought it home, where we realized the order was incorrect. When my girlfriend went back to have it fixed, she was accused of lying instead of being helped. I was the one who picked up the food, so I know the mistake came from the restaurant. The way the situation was handled was unprofessional and disappointing. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location. Head office should look into this restaurant location
Very disappointed with this Wendy’s. The manager, Simran, was extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t provide napkins or forks with the poutine, and the fries were bad. Overall, poor service and a bad experience.
Terrible service. I was given the wrong order, and when I politely asked for it to be corrected, the manger kiranpreet accused me of lying instead of helping. The interaction was rude and unprofessional, and the issue was never properly resolved. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this Wendy’s location.
