WENDY'S STORE 1232 - MIDWAY BLVD - NOV 21 - 7:45pmnI visited this location recently and ordered a 6-piece nugget. I paid $5.10 so required $1.15 in change, but the clerk only gave me 15 cents and immediately walked away to prepare the order. I tried to get his attention, and when he finally responded, he admitted he knew he hadn’t given me the missing $1.00. This was a strange and disappointing experience. I hope the store pays closer attention to customer interactions and ensures staff handle payments accurately and respectfully.
Visited the restaurant to have a quick bite. Ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich. The cashier was nice and supportive and I got my order quickly. The Sandwich was tasty but didn't feel it is worth for the money spent. The shop was very neat and maintained. You can also watch Planes from this spot as this is very close to a Runway of Toronto Pearson Airport.
Ordered fresh 10 piece nuggets and they gave me nuggets that were sitting. They were hesitant to give me the bag. Maybe they were wondering if I noticed. Then after they made fresh nuggets, they gave me 9 instead of 10. I had to asked multiple times for drink, receipt and sauce. Nothing major, just a lot of small inconveniences and bad service.
Needed a quick fix for some hunger pains! When I punched in to Google. This location came up as closed. I had a hunch something was wrong with the hours online so I went anyway considering it was only five minutes away. When I arrived, my instincts were right. I zipped through the drive-through and grabbed my usual chicken strips and fries. I decided to run into the restaurant to let them know about the hours and the manager said they are trying to fix it.nAside from the confusion, the chicken was crispy on the outside, delicious and tender and juicy on the inside! The fries are always amazing and fresh and the frosty was delicious! The restaurant was very clean inside and the drive-through was very quick.
