Wendy's

I'm not sure how one can read double cheeseburger and still process it as single, I was there on around 11:20ish or so as of this post, there was no other car besides mine in the drive thru and somehow they managed to mess this up. Is it so difficult to double check what the order is before it comes out of the kitchen? The receipt literally says DOUBLE, I saw previous reviews saying that they blamed the app but I don't believe it given the receipt printed out exactly what I ordered.nnEither way, this isn't the first time for me and likely won't be the last, just be vigilant and check what you order from here for discrepancies before you leave, or better yet get them to check it before you even take it. You paid for it, you should be getting what you ordered.

My husband ordered chicken sandwich and a burger combo today at around 4:30 pm for lunch. He got food poisoning immediately after. The drive thru service at this location is usually poor. They are extremely slow and the person just looks like they hate their job. I’m not one to leave negative review but since he got food poisoned, thought I would warn others. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Update: went there again to give them another try and the EXACT SAME, female, drive-thru worker on 25-April 9:51pm did not say a word AGAIN. JUST SHOVED MY ORDER OUT THE WINDOW AND WALKED AWAY. They need to provide customer service training to their employees at this location. I rather spend my $$$ elsewhere.nnInitial review: This location has the absolute worst customer service. The female who's always at the drive thru window doesn't have any manners & does not know how to greet the customers. Awful to have to deal with as this is the only location in Markham. They really need to train their employees!!! Upsetting and unacceptable...

WOW.. drive thru employee couldn’t open her mouth once to say hi or confirm my order, just stuck the debit machine and food out of the window and kept looking down. I reach into my bag, fries are cold and stiff. No care for the food or service they put out. No customer service training. Just clocking hours to get paid I guess. Sad. Won’t ever be coming here again!

Came on April 16th at 5:30pm and ordered a Dave's single. Once I had drove away, I opened my burger, took a a bite only to find 2 long, black strands of hair. This was very upsetting as I was extremely hungry, as well as the fact that it's disgusting to have someone else's hair in your food and in your mouth. When going inside to inform them they gave me my money back, and agreed that it's not right. This is the second time that this same incident has happened with this same Wendy's location.
